Shipping Policy

• We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and total weight of the items.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective goods upon delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

• You must provide clear photos or a video taken during the unboxing to show the product arrived damaged.

• No returns will be accepted without visual proof of damage taken at unboxing.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products not defective or damaged.

• Items used, altered, or without original packaging.

• Returns requested after 3 days of delivery or without unboxing evidence.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at homeloomuk@gmail.com with:

   • Your order number.

   • A description of the issue.

   • Photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

2. Once approved, return instructions and address will be provided.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will initiate a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
